How to Borrow from the Gympanzees Lending Library

1. Register First

Before you can borrow items, you’ll need to register here. Once you’ve signed up, check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for an email to confirm your email address. You’ll need to complete this step before borrowing your first item.

2. Borrowing Basics

Here’s the lowdown on how borrowing works:

  • Cost: It’s just £3 per item, but if you’re receiving Universal Credit, a waiver is available - just let us know.
  • Limit: You can borrow up to 3 items at a time.

3. How to Reserve Your Equipment

Now for the fun part - choosing your items.

  • You don’t need to log in yet - this happens at checkout.
  • Browse al products and add items to your basket.
  • At checkout, enter your email to log in automatically.
  • Enter your details, including address and phone number. Tick the box if you’d like to receive updates.
  • Review and apply discounts - if you have a discount code, enter it and click Apply.
  • Enter your payment details and click Pay Now.

Your reservation is complete - happy lending!

4. Confirm Your Order

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the delivery or collection option you selected. Take a moment to review it carefully to make sure everything’s just right.

5. Order Cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please get in touch with the Gympanzees Lending Library team using the details provided below.
