Home Delivery and Collection Service

We’re here to make borrowing as convenient as possible! For families within an hour of our Main Centre in Aust, we offer a home delivery service every Tuesday. This covers all BS postcodes and selected NP and BA postcodes. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, just drop us an email at [email protected] to check.

• Delivery Fee: £15 (£7.50 each way) to cover fuel costs.
  Here’s an example of the costs:
  • 1 item: £15 + £3 item cost
  • 2 items: £21 + £6 item cost
  • 3 items: £24 + £9 item cost

Once your items are reserved and paid for, we’ll email you with delivery instructions. Please double-check these details to ensure you’ve selected the right service.

Facing financial difficulties?
Thanks to support from the Mothers’ Union, we may be able to waive the delivery fee. Email us at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to make borrowing accessible.

Collection and Drop-Off Service

Prefer to collect your items? No problem!
You can collect your items for free every Wednesday from our Main Centre in Aust. When reserving, simply choose a Wednesday collection date during checkout. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email you with full collection instructions.

Hub Collection and Drop-Off Service

If our hubs are more convenient, you can collect your items for free every Tuesday from one of our partner hubs. Just select the hub nearest to you during checkout.

Hub Locations:

• South Glos Parent Carers, Kingswood

Full addresses for your chosen hub will be provided after booking.

Hubs are open 10 am – 2 pm and act as collection and drop-off points only. If you have questions about your order, payment, or equipment, email us at [email protected].
