This fantastic adapted rower has a supportive seat with a high backrest and an upper trunk and lap strap. Some core stability is needed and some grip strength to hold the bar for rowing.

NB - The resistance option should only be used for over 14yr olds who have done the majority of their growing. Younger children can use this without resistance.
