Covid-19 safety guidelines
We understand that this is a difficult and challenging time for many families. To enable us to safely deliver this service, it is important that you familiarise yourself with these guidelines. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any changes that may occur.
UPDATE - 05.05.22
Although many restrictions have been lifted, we are still keeping up with some of our Covid safety measures. All items are thoroughly cleaned in between loans.
Our volunteers will contact you the day before your delivery to let you know a rough idea of time slot. This may be between 10am-2pm in busy times. On arrival, they will ring the door, then step away to a safe distance so that you can then retrieve your item. Then they will need to take a picture of the item inside your doorway for proof that it has been delivered.
On arrival, please text or phone 07761913466 to say you have arrived. Please buzz the intercom and you will get buzzed in. It will help us if you stand near your vehicle and give us a wave. Please allow a few minutes for a reply or to be dealt with, as we may be seeing to another person.
Important infomation -
If you or a member of your household start to show symptoms of coronavirus, please let a member of staff know immediately by contacting 07761 913466 or email - email@example.com. Whilst we will not be able to collect the equipment back from you, we can extend your booking.
If you are self-isolating and neither you or a member of your family are showing any symptoms - You can still loan equipment as normal.
